Territory Sales Manager
Description
We are a fast-paced environment, where teams work collaboratively to close deals and we are currently looking to add an experienced, hard-working, driven Territory Sales Manager to our knowledgeable and high performing team.
Day to day you will:
Manage the independent channels in assigned territories, engaging key stakeholders to develop growth initiatives to exceed annual operating plans
Lead the development of marketing plans by preparing market research, pricing analyses, and interpret data for discussion with marketing leaders.
Work with leaders to develop marketing communication plans; prepare drafts of marketing communications
Work with business development, marketing, and product leaders to identify strategies targeting growth by participating in efforts such as strategy workshops.
Develop new business by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Sales Pipeline Management - Plan proactively for successful execution of account/territory-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress); adjusts sales strategy, plans, or high impact activities accordingly
Sales Forecasting - Collecting and assessing customer data from internal and external sources; comparing against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns
Ensure a high standard of brand presence within market segment
Focus on delivery of products and services to B2B markets
Develop relationships to generate customer goodwill and loyalty.
Support Customer negotiations according to company guidelines.
Requirements:
College Diploma or bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in similar industry is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Action oriented and adaptable
Possess an analytical and logical thinking process
Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity
Intuitive listener and creative problem solver
Strong team player
Compensation and Benefits
