This is an exciting opportunity in Singapore for all experienced Service Administrator in our Sales and Services division.

The Service Administrator as a close partner in accommodating all of the Finance and invoice reporting requirements of business’ funding sources. Extensive experience managing local contract, both reimbursed and deliverable based contracts. Strong account receivables for customers.

Thinking beyond your desk includes:

  • To provide administrative support to the workshop and field service departments to be in alignment with the QuickServe Process.

  • Ensuring all key service departments’ measures are met including the Annual Operating Plan revenue targets.

  • Responsible for technician time sheet inputs, customer invoicing, submission of warranty claims, maintain Job Pack for ready reference and meeting all audits along with ensuring service department administrationduties are completed.

  • Create account set up for customer.

  • Ensuring Job pack is duly completed before invoicing.

  • To make sure that all RECT service interventions completed and invoiced within RECT target figure

  • Ensure that Paper In Process is kept to a minimum, conducts daily invoicing ( both retail & warranty)

  • Administration on purchase orders & procurement of material as required and completing service orders.

  • Administration of supplier PO invoices.

  • Ensures accurate and timely entry of time sheets, and ensures the correct use of the lost time codes

  • Maintenance of “hard-copy” service records & job sets.

  • Customer follow up for Account Receivable collection and reconciliation of accounts with Finance

  • Other duties as identified by Service Advisor Supervisor



  • Diploma / Degree in any Business or Finance related discipline

  • Previous work experience in general office administration

  • Experience gained in a customer facing environment

  • Should have worked with Automated Business Systems

  • Knowledge on Financial costing

  • Knowledge on Contract and Vendor Management

  • Good communication skills ( both written & oral)

Compensation and Benefits
