We are looking for a talented Sales Administrator to join our team in Tuas South, Singapore but this role is flexible with location as Pandan Avenue or Tuas South, Singapore. This role will be following on hybrid work model.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Description
The Asia Pacific Off Highway Sales Administrators play a key role in supporting sales teams and provide an important link between sales, customers and our stakeholders.
Supports sales through reporting, system administration and internal & external data analyses by executing and supporting selected activities under limited supervision.
System Administration:
Runs repetitive and ad-hoc tasks on systems and tools
Periodically reviews the user-entered data hosted on the systems to ensure completeness under limited supervision.
PO (Purchase Order) creation – indirect purchases
Manage website enquiries
Preparation of Sales Route and customer PO/agreement
Raise new customer setup via Movex for CBS customer code creation and credit assessment review via SST SharePoint
Update forecast order board (purchasing folder) upon creation of new CO
Raise SST where required.
Update CO for new order
Prep of EUC (end use certificate) to submit to COM team.
Ensure and check on PO terms vs quotation.
SSA (Special Sales Agreement)
Reporting:
Consolidates and distributes sales reports where reporting tasks are repetitive and well documented, under limited supervision.
Gathers and consolidates data from others through existing templates and provides as forecasting input.
Data Analyses:
Conducts internal sales analyses (e.g. variances, projections, costing, bundling) where the tasks are well documented.
Conducts ad-hoc and repetitive analyses on external sources
Researches assigned opportunities through secondary research, compiles and shares findings.
Compiles relevant competitive data from varying resources under limited supervision.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
