Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the APAC facilities consolidation project from project planning, scheduling, MRG reviews etc

  • Leads multiple projects related to facilities from inception to completion

  • Facilitates project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine the scope and objectives of each project

  • Work with business stakeholders, corporate functional teams such as real estate, real estate agents, legal, risk management etc. to establish project performance goals

  • Designs project plan, develops timeline, identifies project milestones, and tracks performance against performance goals and timeline

  • Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues

  • Monitors and communicates project status to project team, MRG reviews and action items etc

  • Plans and monitors project budget, conducts research & analysis; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines

  • Manages project risk through usage of quality tools to identify areas of risk

  • Documents and shares team learning's with other teams & maintains project notes, action items, databases, and other records

  • Monitors measures and communicates with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on status of specific projects and assignments.

  • Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish various project tasks & guides and coaches team members through various stages of the project

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Facility Management discipline

  • 8-10 years of experience in project management preferably in the area of facilities/buildings related or capital projects.

  • Proven track record in managing new build, construction and consolidation of facilities projects

  • Knowledge of the statutory requirements & application in OH&S

  • Previous experience in managing Projects with a high net value

  • Srong background in building services, contract management and M/E systems

  • Strong ability to plan, organize and manage integration projects jointly with internal/external stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and deliver projects/tasks on time and within budget

  • Team oriented and strong ability to lead and direct groups of service contractors on site

  • Highly motivated, attention to detail and follow through
