We are looking for an experienced General Manager, Operations, to join our team in Manilla, as part of Philippines’ senior leadership team.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

-Develops and implements operational strategies aligned with organizational goals through the customer service and field service managers.

-Engages and collaborates with the various business segments and functions leaders to align on the country’s strategic initiatives to develop shared objectives and resolve cross-functional challenges that may impact organizational success.

-Set challenging goals and manages the business towards the Annual Operating Plan, monitors the branch’s balanced scorecards, profit and loss and asset metrics.

-Implements operating policies and procedures across multiple functional areas including customer service, service operations, finance, quality control, purchasing, Inventory management, and human resources.

-Focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring operational excellence and addressing customer concerns.

-Drives strategic projects and initiatives for continuous improvement and to improve operational efficiencies.

-Manages compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards and audits

-Develops and motivates people managers. Set challenging work plans and individual development plans, building high-functioning teams, aligned to Cummins’ Values.

-Develops a deep understanding of all of Cummins’ businesses.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

-Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.

-Effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization.

-Understand and aligns to Cummins’ Mission, Vision and Values, while learning and exemplifying our Cummins’ Leadership Behaviours.

-College, University, or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business or related field required. Advanced degree in Business or related field preferred.
