We are a fast-paced environment, where teams work collaboratively to close deals and we are currently looking to add an experienced, hard-working, driven sales professional to our knowledgeable and high performing team. As the Sales Executive, you will be part of our After-Market division. The key responsibility in this role will be to manage and develop customer relationships to achieve sales goals within the Johor territory.

Day to day you will:

  • Develop new business by identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Sales Pipeline Management - Plan proactively for successful execution of account/territory-level sales strategies and plans based on current pipeline; evaluates pipeline health (size, contents, progress); adjusts sales strategy, plans, or high impact activities accordingly

  • Sales Forecasting - Collecting and assessing customer data from internal and external sources; comparing against historical data to determine useful inputs and create a forecast of future consumption patterns

  • Ensure a high standard of brand presence within market segment

  • Focus on delivery of products and services to both B2C and B2B markets

  • Develops relationships to generate customer goodwill and loyalty.

  • Supports negotiations according to company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • College Diploma or bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in similar industry is advantageous

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality

  • Action oriented

  • Possess an analytical and logical thinking process

  • Ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines

  • Intuitive listener and creative problem solver

  • Strong team player

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, sales or a related subject or equivalent industry experience required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Basic relevant work experience preferred.
