Cummins Sales and Service Korea was established in 1996 with 100% investment of Cummins, Inc. Since then, Cummins Sales and Service Korea has dedicated itself to providing best Sales, Service, and Support for generators, generator engines, road/marine diesel and gas engines, parts, and other power sources of numerous industries. Cummins Sales and Service Korea has also provided tech support, aftermarket support, training, and volunteering whenever and wherever there’s a need. It now has about 30 dealers in Korea, including the office in Pangyo and the headquarters in Cheonan.

This is an exciting opportunity in Cheonan for Parts Sales Administrator. Cummins Sales and Services Korea in Cheonan is where Parts Sales Administrator can assist Sales support activities and administration duties in a timely manner.

Thinking beyond your desk includes:

Sales support

  • Closing Job of Parts sales

  • Distribute tax invoices to customers

  • AR Check

  • SPDC parts availability, delivery check

  • Customer parts information inquiries follow up

  • Inventory check and Inform expected delivery date to customers

  • Parts return price adjustment

  • Order taking, Input and order release

  • Backorder management with RSM

  • Order delivery inquiry to Logistics

Movex Operation

  • Input orders in Movex system after confirmation of Sales Rep and RSMs

  • Monthly closing with Movex

  • Manage & Follow up back order and delivery (Webparts - SPDC, MDC etc)

  • Check order entry, quotation, and stock

  • Return parts by Movex & Adjust price when required by policy

  • Create / Update new parts and Set up each segment price list yearly in Movex (Parts – KR KRW, Filter- KF KRW, Turbo/Oil – KM KRW)

  • Update Movex discount rate based on Dealer grade (Full service, Repair, Maintenance, Parts, Local)

  • Compile / Submit internal sales report as required.

  • Extract / Analyze sales data from Movex

  • Manage orders with Logistics

  • Support the Team for Movex operation related matters

Administrator Duty

  • Update customers information

  • Share information with customers (Quickserve, Dealer board in website)

  • Maintain sales support i.e. brochures, catalogue, promotion items etc.

  • Support Audit(Internal Audit, Distributor Excel Audit, Customs Audit etc.)

  • Support Parts Training and customer conference/seminar

  • Accountable for monthly closing and financial report


  • Take reasonable care to protect health, safety and wellbeing of self and others.

  • Timely reporting of incidents and injuries to immediate manager.

  • Maintain the orderliness of the workplace to remove hazards.

  • Report all hazards identified and apply immediate controls as necessary.

  • Comply with the requirements of Cummins Sales and Service Korea OHS Policies, Procedures and SWP’s.

  • Use personal protective equipment as prescribed by Cummins Sales and Service Korea.

  • Participate in communication and consultation processes, training and instruction, and the development and maintenance of a safe working environment.


< Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience>

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Not mandatory)

  • Able in speaking and writing English

  • Excellent communication skills & ability to form working relationships with customers, staff & work peers

  • Passion, humble attitude

  • Skillful to use MS Office Tools
