HSE & Facility Manager
Anticipates, identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and environmental risks. Assists with the application of engineering and administrative controls via the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) to reduce the environmental impacts and safety risks associated with site operations. Understands the regulations applicable at the site and is abreast of current emissions control technologies, safety controls and management and response practices. Supports the collection and reporting of site HSE KPIs for use at the site, BU and Corporate levels.
Oversees the HSEMS and day to day operations associated with safety, health and environmental programs, HSE objectives/targets, personnel training, regulatory compliance, recordkeeping/reporting, and other associated HSE programs at the site. Represents the site as the functional HSEMS Leader or supports the HSE Manager, if present at the site. Assigns work and manages workloads of any subordinate HSE staff, provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.

Procedure update / Industrial insurance treatment
Provide employees with adequate information, training, OHS induction and supervision to undertake their duties without risk to their health and safety and without impacting on the environment or product safety.
Encourage employees to participate in activities that improve health, safety, environment in the workplace.
Consult with employees on OHS matters affecting their workplace.
Bring to the General Manager attention that is related to HSE.
Provide employees with appropriate working environment and facilities free from risk to health, safety or welfare.
Comply with Cummins Sales and Service Korea OHS Policies, Procedures and SWP’s.
Consistently model correct safety behaviors and foster a safety culture.
Supports implementation and maintenance of the site HSEMS, control of significant aspects and risks and achievement of HSE objectives/targets.
Supports regulatory compliance efforts and other programs applicable at the site including storm water management, employee training, recordkeeping/reporting, and other associated HSE programs at a facility.
Monitors the day-to-day operations associated with pollution prevention, waste management, air quality, water quality and related programs.
Assists with internal and external HSE audits; resolves basic issues identified in audits; updates HSEMS documentation
Maintenance/Purchasing/Disposal/Utility charges (Gas & Electricity)/License & Permit
Maintenance/Purchasing/Disposal/SAR Fcst & Execution
Maintenance/Legal inspection/Traffic accident/Shuttle bus managing
Certification audit/Surveillance/Recertification/Internal Audit/Manual maintenance
Outsourcing employee management (Guard / Cleaner)
Out sourcing company management
ID Card (CAPS)
Purchase of Hygiene consumables
Mail distribution & postage
Environment & Health
Waste water treatment
Waste material disposal
WW treatment log / Air pollution log

< Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience>
Minimum level of relevant work experience required
College, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific field required.
Proficiency level of English capability
Excellent communication skills & ability to form working relationships with customers, staff & work peers
